User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040804 Netscape/7.2 Build Identifier: Thunderbird 2. Had to use Terminal to access the profile manager, using option and clicking on program icon didn't work. now that i've gotten my old mozilla/netscape profiles on the thunderbird side, thunderbird doesn't allow me to choose the profile i want, when i launch the program. i've had to keep editing the .ini file to remove the default line in order to get the profile manager to launch. I've tried downloading and reinstalling a couple of times, nothing works. you would think this would be easy. I've been a dedicated netscape mail user for years. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Using the option key to launch the profile manager is not supported. Instead the option key is used to trigger safe mode (at least in FF/TB 3 and forward, I'm not sure whether it got backported to the 1.8 branch).
