Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Key-navigable_custom_DHTML_widgets#How_to_use_the_new_system
2. Click the "DHTML tree view" link
3. Get sent to general 404 error page

Aaron, looks like you removed this file. Is there a better one that the dev docs should be linking to or is that all obsolete now?
