Details

Here is what we need for Web localization :

a/ translation of the in-product pages
b/ translation of the google snippets for the start page (depends on Google
supported languages, to be  determined with them)
c/ optional but nice to have : Mozilla Developper Center in Kannada

Points a/ and b/ are mostly a one-shot work, points c/ is a long term
commitment to the project that require maintenance.

c/ does not block the shipping of Firefox 2 in Kannada, to be precise.
