Spinning Beach Ball of Death Application not responding in the dock. A force quit results in an error log. I have added a 'sample' from Activity monitor (red not responding), my Mac details and the crash log after the force quit logs. Had this over the past few nightly builds. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1.Load up some tabs 2.Start a longer download Actual Results: Camino stops responding to the gui. Spinning ball. Clicking on the dock show "Application not responding" Users has to force quit, losing any downloads. Expected Results: Camino cab have tabs open and download a file without locking up. Since 10.5?
This isn't a crash, it's a spintracer log from the force quit; fixing summary. It's hung inside system audio code being called from Flash, so either way it's very unlikely to be a Camino bug. I think I've seen a stack like this before, but I'm doubtful that I'd be able to dig up the bug. Sending to Core/Plugin-Ins for determination as to whether this is a system issue or a Flash issue (or for duping, if you have seen something like this more recently than I have).

Could you try out the latest Flash Player, version 9r115: www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer? There is a Mac audio deadlock bug fixed in that release.
Updated flash to 9,0,115,0. This is another log from yesterday, same lock out and crash log on force quit. Thanks
Can more specific reproduction steps be provided? What urls are on the tabs that are opened, what is being downloaded, which url has sound that is being played?
The flash using site was using BlaB! Lite 2.1, for AJAX based browser chat. http://hot-things.net/?q=blab
