After you filed a bug, you cannot use the calendar because createCalendar() and showCalendar() are both undefined. Bug similar to bug 410524, but for post_bug.cgi this time.
Can we handle this with a universal method? That is, I think we should just have something like "include_field_js" as an argument to head.html.tmpl that automatically pulls in the right files, and then we won't have to worry too much about this in the future.
