User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 Build Identifier: When I go to compose a new message or reply to a message, the attachment icon is not there. In addition, in the "file" section, the word attachment is grayed out. When I click insert, I get a menu selection, but not way to attach a document. The autocomplete is not working properly either. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual Results: Everytime I try to reply or send a new email, the papeclip icon for attachemtns is not there. I do not understand the language of this page-it is too computer-technical for me. A phone number would be very helpful Expected Results: same thing-no attachment icon. The icon for attachments should display and the category for attachmetns should not be grayed out.
Easier to understand, Thunderbird support forums are here: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=39 I don't understand what you mean. Do you still see the problem if you disable all extensions (Tools | Add-ons ...) If you do, attach a screenshot to this bug using the "Add and attachment" link above.
