Bug 408419 allowed to provide a dictionary embedded in Thunderbird, so there is no more need to link to the French dictionary package. Thus, emptying the startpage.extra string.
This is already done in the trunk.
Philippe, please ask for approval1.8.1.12? if it's ok for you.

Patch emptying startpage.extra string
[fr] trivial. follow-up to shipping a dictionary now, approving for .12.
Please use the fixed1.8.1.12 and verified... keywords to track landing and testing.
