Do not file a new bug on an already reported issue. It does nothing to help the original issue, and it only annoys the people that have to deal with the duplicate bug.

I apologize.  This is the first time I have utilized this service and was unsure of what to do.  I sent error reports to microsoft, but thought I needed to alert you too.  I tried to be helpful in listing the other ID#.  Again, I apologize.
