Lightning isn't very friendly when assigning priorities to Tasks. It should assign a default priority (medium?). Let me explain why:
In the tasks pane, you can sort by priority. Here is the order in which it sorts:
1. No priority specified
2. High priority
3. Medium priority
4. Low priority.
Like most people (I imagine), I only set a priority when it is high. Oddly enough, this will put a high-ranked priority at the BOTTOM of the list!
Obviously, this is not the "expected" behaviour, and some action should probably be taken to resolve this.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add task without assigning a priority
2. Sort task list by priority
Actual Results:
Tasks without priority are sorted at the top of the list, higher than the "High" priority
Expected Results:
Tasks without priority should be at the bottom, otherwise they should have a default priority of "medium"
Software should assign a default priority, or sort differently.

I'm not sure of the bug#, but there was a bug I fixed that made not-prioritized tasks be "medium".
