Often when changing something in a calendar, lines in unrelated events / tasks move within the relevant "BEGIN" / "END" lines. E.g., I'm looking at a diff now where the "CATEGORIES" line for a "VTODO" has moved from just above the "DESCRIPTION" line to just below it.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an ICS calendar file with at least one item (event / task).
2. Create or modify at least one item.
3. Check the difference between the new and old file.
Actual Results:
The modified / new item and one or several old & unchanged items have changed.
Expected Results:
Only the modified / new item should be changed.

This can be quite hard to do, since parsing is taken over by libical, which itself has no means of remembering the order of the properties and components. It just makes sure the VTIMEZONE stuff always comes first.

If this is easy to fix and doesn't burden performance too much, its worth doing. Confirming bug.
