1. Write real wallet tables to make feature usable (current tables are for demo 
purposes only.

2. Make sure server can handle the load.

This needs to happen for autofill to work. Since this is pretty vague and parts 
of this need to be done by different people I will create a bunch of blocker 
bugs to cover the details as I understand them. Please correct me where I'm 
wrong.

I'm already working with Netcenter to get this done for PR2.  Although Netcenter 
does not need to have this live by 6/22, we should have a URL by 6/22 and a 
commitment to delliver by 7/20 (the server side feature complete date we are 
using for other projects).  I'm elevating this right now with Netcenter.

Writing the real wallet tables is covered by bug 42430.

Making sure server can handle the load is covered by bug 42440.

Therefore I'm closing out this bug since all parts of it are already covered by 
other bugs.
