Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start browser. 2.Not always there immediately 3.Pops up eventually (for the last few days). Actual Results: Same thing. A 2" white bar, this time in the middle of the screen. As I type this, I am scrolling so that it is not in my way. Expected Results: No white bar on the screen. Using a brand new MacBook.
