Attachment: make bzip2 the default dmg compression on trunk

So we might as well just flip the default compression to bzip2 on trunk (mozilla-central) considering that we shipped 3.0 only compatible with 10.4+ anyway. In fact, we could take this on 1.9.0 as well, but I don't know if it's worth it.

Nice, took my universal Thunderbird build from 19,582,974 to 17,863,784 bytes (around 8.7%).

mconnor: we could take this on the 1.9 branch if you'd like, since we only support 10.4+ there anyway.
