If you don't print a selection, a non-blank PDF file is created as expected. This was not a problem with Firefox 2.0.0.11. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Highlight a part of a web page 2. Ctrl+P 3. Choose Adobe PDF under Printer Name. 4. Choose Selection radio button under "Print range". This produces a blank PDF file. Note: In step 4 if you choose All for the print range, Acrobat creates a non-blank PDF file as expected. Actual Results: A blank PDF file is created. Expected Results: The selection of the web page should have appeared in the PDF file. (As was the case with Firefox 2.0.0.11.)

Can you please retest with a nightly build. This should be fixed.
I retested with the latest nightly build (24-Jan-2008 05:32). The problem has NOT been fixed. I still get a blank page. I even tried printing different selections from the Minefield Start Page. I always get a blank page.
I also have this problem, however it's printing a blank page from selection to a standard printer. I have tried changing printer drivers to no avail. Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008030714 Firefox/3.0b4
This happens no matter how much of a page is selected. I tried selecting just one word and it still produces a blank page when trying 'print > selection'.
I can confirm this with a real printer. Printing selection is broken and just results in a totally blank sheet of paper (no captions -- nothing)
