after updating the last patch the menu buttons stopped working ( refresh, back, forward are all grayed )

After patch installed, but buttons are gone grayed, all of them, back, forward, reload, stop. I can't click them at anytime. The right-click options for these are also grayed.
Other buttons are working normally.

The backspace of keyboard still works though.

any clue?
