Allow to double-click on "List all tabs" to open new tab.
It will help with problem when tabstrip is full with tabs and there is no place to double-click.

i don't think that giving open "all in tabs" another function (open new tab) is a clean way of fixing the problem, is that discoverable?

i still prefer adding a little "new tab" button to the left side of the tabbar and an option to hide that...
sorry i was meaning list all tabs, not open all in tabs

It have same "discoverable level" as a double-click on free space (thus it's not discoverable at all), but for peoples which discovered double-click it'll be great help.

Yes, new tab button will be better solution, but it is discussed in another bug.
This is a menubutton, I don't want to have to put a delay on it to avoid menu flicker. There's better ways to solve this, IMO.
