Currently the Calendar project can't provide x64 packages of Lightning.
You'll need to
a) build Lightning yourself for your platform or
b) check if someone contributed a package for your platform <http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/releases/0.7/contrib/>

You can try a Red Hat based x64 build at http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/releases/0.7/contrib/linux-x86-64/lightning-0.7-tb-linux-x86_64.xpi
If that doesn't work, then we can't help you. We don't have the build machines to support x64 builds as well.
