info bubble in download manager probably looks nice in windows, since there's no "native app" definition, but on linux it should be a native gtk tooltip.

No, you shouldn't. The only mean to be sure a bug is fixed is to fix it yourself. That's how I began, because I wanted the tab rendering to be fixed. As open source guys say, a lot of great programs began as an itch to scratch...
What is the bug here ? What do you call the info bubble ? (I see several different tooltips, which all seem to be the correct border, background, and text color; they seem to have a bit to few padding, tough)
Some time ago download manager had info bubble for all downloads.
Blue info icon when clicked opened an tooltip.
It was removed... Huh.
