Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.NA 2. 3. Actual Results: No edit function for this that I can find.

Robert, you have the ability to add and edit categories when you look at the menu: Tools > Options... > Lightning > Categories. At the moment you can't add or edit categories from the event dialog. Please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME if my comment helps you.
