I'd say just drop the Location Bar suggestion. It's essentially the same, except a little bit harder. If you do that, you can drop the headings as well and move all text into one paragraph. Also missing a period on "Click the Help menu and select About Mozilla Firefox".
I've made some tweaks and moved it to the knowledge base at Thu 31 of Jan., 2008 19:57 EST. - removed the Location Bar method - created an intro - About Mozilla Firefox is actually in a different menu on Mac - set the language
