(Not sure whose fault or if this is the right component - probably not.) The "rules and tips" section of the super-reviewers list <http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/reviewers.html> links to * the SeaMonkey Code Reviewer's Guide <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/rules/code_review.html> and * the SeaMonkey Engineering Bible <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/rules/bible.html>. These links get redirected to http://seamonkey-project.org/rules/code_review.html> etc. and fail...

I got a page-not found error for both of these SeaMonkey URLs referred in this document. I did some google search and identified the right URLs and corrected this web page with the old URLs left under comments as follows, just in case someone can look into this and can fix it again with relative path names using "../" which I am currently by using absolute URLs as diffed below. See my attached patch file with a diff in this HTML document change for review. I did not dare to appy this patch yet, but I thought commenting here may help. <p>Two venerable documents that mozilla.org commends to all developers are the - <a href="../projects/seamonkey/rules/code_review.html">SeaMonkey - Code Reviewer's Guide</a> and the - <a href="../projects/seamonkey/rules/bible.html">SeaMonkey + <!-- a href="../projects/seamonkey/rules/code_review.html" --> + <a href="http://www.seamonkey-project.org/dev/"> SeaMonkey Code Reviewer's Guide</a> and the + <!--a href="../projects/seamonkey/rules/bible.html"--> + <a href="http://www-archive.mozilla.org/hacking/"> SeaMonkey Engineering Bible</a>

Marking this bug INVALID as it refers to an obsolete version of the page at the concerned URL. http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/reviewers.html is now titled "Super-Review Policy" and it has no "Rules and Tips" section anymore. The incriminated links have disappeared from it.
