User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b3pre) Gecko/2008011121 Firefox/3.0b3pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b3pre) Gecko/2008011121 Firefox/3.0b3pre At http://www.theanimenetwork.com/aod/player.aspx a "Message of the Day" frame pops up with no way to close it. This happens for me only on Linux. On windows the MOD frame correctly has a close button with Firefox 3b2 and 2 for that matter. So I'm a assuming it's a Firefox bug and not a broken website. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.theanimenetwork.com/aod/player.aspx 2. Load the player
Confirmed with official nightly Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b3pre) Gecko/2008011504 Minefield/3.0b3pre

Given that works in b2, could you find a smaller regression range using the -trunk builds from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/ ?

For the record I also tried it on a Firefox 2.x branch build that I built for Linux last week, and it didn't work there either. Also tested on a Firefox 2.0.0.10 build on my Ubuntu parition with the same results. So it appears to be a problem on Linux builds for a while.
Flags: blocking1.9?
-'ing as this is not a regression per comment #3.
Flags: blocking1.9? → blocking1.9-
Well the player no longer exists, so resolving invalid.
