Dragging bookmarks into sub-folders works, but only if you hover about an inch above the actual folder name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.From the Bookmarks menu, select and drag a bookmark (non-folder)
2.Drag it into a any folder in that menu
3.The folder name doesn't activate/highlight until you are about an inch or so above the folders position. Seems the hot spot for the Y-offset is not correct.

Actual Results:
The bookmark is relocated correctly, as long as you pay attention to the folder that was highlighted.

Expected Results:
The folder's name should highlight/activate when mouse cursor is over it.

I'm using XFCE desktop 4.4.2 under Slackware Current (12.1)
