Mozilla has been testing a Firefox 2 --> 3 major update to see if we need any fixes before Fx3 ships, and we noticed that 2.0.0.11 pt-PT has a dictionary but 3.0b2 doesn't. This is probably fallout from switching from myspell to hunspell, ie the dictionary files need to live in 
   l10n/$locale/extensions/spellcheck/hunspell 
now, rather than .../myspell.

If you're intending to restore the dictionary, it would be great if you could get that before 3.0b3 freezes. If you can do that without changing the file names, then that would be much appreciated; as long as you explicitly note it in this bug then it's not a big deal.

If not, then we'll need to explicitly remove the dictionary files on update and Windows pave-over install.
We plan to upload an updated dictionary for Firefox 3. Thanks for the heads up.

Commited. The dictionary project had changed the license to GPLv3, but they (Alberto Simões) have provided us with a triple-licensed version for Firefox (GPL2.0+, LGPL2.1+, MPL1.1).

Should I remove the myspell directory?
