I'm unable to drag and drop bookmarks into subfolders of the bookmark toolbar menu folders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a bookmark toolbar folderA
2.Create a subfolder in folderA called folderB
3.visit a site and drag the URL from the location field to folderB on the toolbar
Actual Results:  
Doesn't work.  Can only drop the URL into folderA that appears on the toolbar.

Expected Results:  
Able to dynamically navigate a toolbar subfolder structure to drag and drop URLs.

I'll move back to IE if this isn't fixed when FF3 GAs.

Could be a dupe of bug 337761.

probably another thread manager problem, the same that does not open bookmarks menu. most likely a dupe
