Clicking the bookmarks menu will intermittantly but very commonly open the add bookmarks dialog.

It is supremely annoying.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the bookmarks menu

Actual Results:  
The add bookmark dialog appears.

Expected Results:

I marked the bug as duplicate.

I get this frequently, at least once a day, and it makes using the bookmarks menu impossible until it magically sorts itself.
