Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Compose a message to yourself. 2. Set it's priority to something other than normal. 3. Send it. 4. Check mail. 5. Look at priority column in the In mail box. Actual Results: No indication of the priority shows in the mail box. Expected Results: Show an icon representing the priority (i.e. maybe an up-arrow/caret for high priority).

Just checking -- can you confirm that the priority is in the header of the message? It works for me when I try it.

Actually, I take back the "works for me" bit (didn't notice that it was Penelope), but it would still be good to know if the priority header is in the received message.

Hi Steve, If the priority is set to something other than the default "Normal", Penelope includes something ranging from "X-Priority: 5 (Lowest)" to "X-Priority: 1 (Highest)" in the message header. Clifford Bass

Hi Steve, Continuing from the prior message: That was determined by sending myself some test messages with different priorities. Penelope does not display any priority indicator on those test messages, either in the sent box or in the in box. So the short answer to your question is "Yes". Clifford Bass

The priority is there, you can sort by it and you can see it if you pull down the Message->Change->Priority menu. But it's invisible in the Priority column. Related: the priority column is way wider than necessary for a little icon, it looks like it's still sized for the Tbird words.

The priority column does display the priority now, but the column width is still a bit wide. Changing summary (title) to reflect that.

Fixed this for both the Priority and Status Columns. Columns can now be re-sized and size is remembered between launches. Fix will appear in next Beta (8.0b9)
