Timezone does not seem to be taken into account anymore, since yesterday's build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Receive an invitation (here, from Outlook 2003) in another timezone
2.Display the invitation

Actual Results:  
The start and end time displayed are in the writer's timezone, not in the reader's timezone

Expected Results:  
Time should be displayed in reader's timezone.

Was working okay with Lightning 20080117's build.
