l10n tinderboxen download links point to non-existing folder

Details

When tinderbox finishes cycle correctly and files are uploaded to -l10n folder, it shows links to log, checkins since last cycle and link to those files. This link is incorrect as it points to <path>/nightly/2008-01-19-13-trunk-l10n/ but should <path>/nightly/trunk-l10n/. Datetime stamp should removed. Applies to both http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Mozilla-l10n/ and http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Mozilla1.8-l10n/

Pretty sure this is because tinderbox doesn't know how to deal with a l10n config of $ReleaseToLatest = 1; # Push the release to latest-<milestone>? $ReleaseToDated = 0; # Push the release to YYYY-MM-DD-HH-<milestone>? Both are true for the en-US builds.
