http://www.mozilla.org/quality/smoketests/ is giving a "403: Access Forbidden" error.
Confirmed. Is this intentional?

Tests have been removed from www.mozilla.org and moved to Litmus. I just set up a redirect pointing /quality/smoketests/ to https://litmus.mozilla.org/ Closing as fixed. If there is a better link to use for the redirect, feel free to reopen.
