413438 - Duplicate entries in users list after sending "/names"

When connected to an IRC channel, any successful call using "/names" to list users causes duplicate names to appear in the the users list window.

Hiding, re-hiding the list does not clear the list (and therefore I assume never refreshes it).

Successive calls of "/names" causes further duplicates.  This happens on every call.  My user list is getting quite full.

Admittedly the use of "/names" is probably not really expected when one can  see the list of names in the side panel but force of habit dictates that some users may fall prey to this behaviour

Cleared the list then repopulated it
