The design of left pane in Task Mode is suboptimal when the screen resolution is XGA (1024x768). Hiding the task filter tree gives a better calendar list overview but then the user gets no information about selected the task filter option.
I don't understand what the bug actually is. The resolution is not large enough to display both elements, that's why they can be collapsed individually.
