Build: 2000-06-02-09-M16(WIN) (WinNT and Win98) 1. Open ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/2000-06-02-09-M16/upd ate.html 2. Click the Launch XPInstall button to update 3. Click Ok button from the confirmation dialog RESULT: Callback showing that the installation was successful appears before the installation is complete. The progress dialog is still adding files when a new browser window appears indicating a successful installation. EXPECTED RESULT: Callback results appear after progress dialog dismisses aftering completing installation. NOTE: Mac does note behave similarly when tested across an http server. ftp is still broken.
I believe this may not happen anymore, but I'll verify when Bug 48490 is fixed.
