Details

When you type Japanese characters in the interview form and capture the form, the characters in prefill list are displayed as nubers. Steps of reproduce 1. Select menu Tasks | Privacy and Security | Form Manager | Interview. 2. In the resulting interview form, fill Japanese characters in first and last name. 3. Select menu Tasks | Privacy and Security | Form Manager | Capture Data From Form If you're asked for your master password, enter it then click OK. 4. Quit and relaunch the browser. 5. Select menu Tasks | Privacy and Security | Form Manager | Demonstration, and click on the link for amazon.com. 6. Select menu Tasks | Privacy and Security | Form Manager | Prefill Form Safely. If you're asked for your master password, enter it then click OK. 7. You should get a dialog where it describes the items which can be prefilled for you. In the dialog, the Japanese characters you entered in the interview form are displayed as numbers. 8. Click the OK button. The Japanese characters which are filled in Amazon.com order form are diaplayed as numbers as well. Tested 2000-06-02-08 Win32 build.

This is a regression that was caused when scc did a global modification of all string-assignment statements. Fix is in wallet.cpp.
