Testcase is from bug bug 413678.

To reproduce:
- Load url, focus the first contenteditable block
- Reload url, focus the first contenteditable block again

Expected result:
- You should be able to type anything in it.

Actual result:
- Not possible to type anything in it.

This might be a recent regression (this whole bug looks rather familiar).
