Steps to reproduce:
Happened during running a litmus test and during this test i have open 2 tabs, one with https://litmus.mozilla.org/run_tests.cgi and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=220609

-> Open the 2 tabs 
-> Go with Firefox into offline mode
-> Quit Firefox

-> Restart Firefox 
because of the offline mode you get the

-> Offline Mode "Firefox is currently in offline mode and can't browse the Web." Error Window
-> Quit Firefox

fixed by checking from 412774 and tested with using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US;rv:1.9b3) Gecko/2008020511 Firefox/3.0b3
