Clicking on flash object (ex. clicking on play) makes keyboard shortcut keys unavailable

1.open a move on youtube.com
2.click play
3.press ctrl+t
Actual Results:  
Ctrl+t/ctrl+w does not work

Expected Results:  
new tab opened/closed
