progressbar in status bar is less visible than progressbar in location bar.
currently *fission* extension can place it the, but it causes location bar to not draw the focus indicator...

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
progressbar in status bar

Expected Results:
progressbar in location bar (even using option would be appreciated)
Looks like this is a duplicate of bug 167418.
You should consider implementing such feature instead of saying "dupe" or "invalid", "wontfix", etc...
Is "OS integration" component right for this bug? Epiphany and Gimp have a progressbar at the bottom of the window.
I'm feeling a component change to "Location Bar and Autocomplete" as this has nothing to do with OS integration.
As for my opinion on the matter, assuming this is a feature request -

My location bar gets used to the max, I would be extremely dissatisfied with a progress bar in the location bar. Lots of pages require full use and scrolling is quite inconvenient. There just isn't enough room.

Can't we just leave this to extensions for those who want it? Just my opinion.
