Well,
EVERY time I start up firefox, I mean ANY TIME! Like restoring tabs or anything,
it always does the 'program is not responding' then after 20 seconds it restores..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Up Firefox 3 Beta 2
Actual Results:  
Program will not respond

Expected Results:  
Should have loaded

No, it is not, as I stated above it ALWAYS happens
No matter WHAT you do, will always happen.
