414000 - Some File->Print->PDF-> functions work on Safari but not on Firefox

When you open the File->Print->PDF menu and select save PDF to WebReceipts folder,
the folder is created, but the pdf file is not.

Also, the Edit Menu function brings a file selection GUI (which doesn't completely
make sense), but the open button is always greyed out.  The function works under Safari.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select File->Print->PDF->Save PDF to Web Recepts Folder
2. The folder is created but the file is not
3. Try the same on Safari, it succeeds.

Also check out the Edit Menu function and attept to create something.  It opens up a file selection dialog (which in some cases doesn't make contextual sense), and the Open button is always greyed out.

WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12pre) Gecko/2008012505 BonEcho/2.0.0.12pre, as well as the latest trunk. I am able to see the folder created and the page that I saved in the folder.

I went from File>Print>PDF and Firefox keeps crashing at Travelocity.com Web site.

I am using the current version of Firefox for the Mac (2.0.0.13), and latest version of the Mac OS (10.5.2).

Steps to reproduce:

- Browse to any page
- Print via Cmd+P or File > Print dialog
- Select PDF dropdown
- Select 'Save as PDF'
- Crash
