When scrolling on any page using the arrows on a keyboard (holding down the down arrow key for example), small graphical glitches begin to appear on the scrollbars.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page that is longer than the window.
2. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, holding down the down arrow key to do so.
3. Look at the sidebar and notice the small graphical glitches.
Actual Results:
There are small gray boxes all along the scrollbar.
Expected Results:
I expected the scrollbar to appear as normal.
