I was looking for misspellings in the source tree to force a build, and I noticed nsCharsOrderIdFormater (should be spelled Formatter). This led me to discover that the files are in the source tree, but the only thing that's part of the build is the interface header file, which is exported (but never otherwise used). This patch removes the nsIOrderIdFormater interface, and the classes nsCharsOrderIdFormater, nsCharsOrderIdFormaterFactory, nsCharsList, nsStringCharsList, and nsRangeCharsList.
