414158 - "Watch this directory for changes?" warning about disabled email is sometimes erroneous

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to https://kubla.sm-cms01.mozilla.com/browse/en-US
2. Check "Send email alerts?"
3. Click "Submit"
4. Load https://kubla.sm-cms01.mozilla.com/browse/en-US, and look at the message on the right, which reads:

Watch this directory for changes?
If checked, you'll be alerted via email for any changes occuring in this directory. You've disabled email in your profile. This option will be ignored until it is enabled.

Expected Results:

It seems the checkbox state (e.g. that it's enabled) is correct; I _have_ enabled email updates.  The text "You've disabled email in your profile.  This option will be ignored until it is enabled," however, is then bogus.

This wasn't ready to be tested but it should be fixed now.  You'll probably have to edit and resave your profile to make it work correctly.
