When .ODS file (OpenOffice spreadsheet) is sent from a windows vista machine using  the Micro$oft email client the attachment is received in Thunderbird as WINMAIL.DAT.  The imbedded file can be extracted using fentun.exe but this should not be necessary.  Probably many users of Thunderbird do not know about fentun.exe or even where to find it on the web.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an email with attachment.
2.

Actual Results:  
Receive the email.

Expected Results:  
Attachment was not the file sent, but was morphed into winmail.dat.

Display the attached file as the email composer sees it.
