Till bug 414236 is implemented, knobs should be brought back to their original place, i.e. right below the "New comment" textarea. Else when you comment, you have to scroll down to commit your changes.

I moved it in the [% IF user.id %] block as suggested in my previous comment. This seems more logical to me. Checking in template/en/default/bug/edit.html.tmpl; /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/bugzilla/template/en/default/bug/edit.html.tmpl,v <-- edit.html.tmpl new revision: 1.112; previous revision: 1.111 done
