When we right click on a bookmark first time the properties submenu shows. Right click again and the bookmark menu will completely dispel. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bookmarks menu and right click on a bookmark or folder
2. Right click on another bookmark or folder

Actual Results:  
Bookmark menu dispels.

Expected Results:  
Submenu should show when we right click on bookmark icons
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
