1) Open a few tabs
2) Hit the close button att upper left
3) Watch the warning sheet slide out from the middle of the unified toolbar

I'd expect it to be attached to the toolbar instead of the (non-visible) titlebar.

This is not a fault by the new default theme (proto). It's a general problem on OS X. Steven, don't we have a similar bug? I didn't find it at the moment.

Yeah, I know. I just felt that it blocked bug 397723.
