Update for support suggestion and fix two zh-TW-specific problems:

1. Change the name from "wikipedia-zh" to "wikipedia-zh-tw", more local-specific.
2. Add "variant" param to make sure that the result page displays in Traditional Chinese.

IMO we shall not do so. Its official name is "中文維基百科", not "正體中文維基百科."
Also, "正體中文" is longer than "中文," and I think the shorter is better.
