"Reload Live Bookmark" during "Live Bookmark loading..." causes duplicate "Live Bookmark loading..."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Bookmark some RSS Feed
2.Show subitems of it from Menu - Bookmark.
3.If "Live Bookmark loading..." is displayed, right-click the feed bookmark and click "Reload Live Bookmark" (You MUST click it before finish of Live bookmark loading.)
Actual Results:  
Two "Live Bookmark loading..."  is displayed

Expected Results:  
Only one "Live Bookmark loading..."  should be displayed.

After loading finished, both of two "Live Bookmark loading..." are not visible.

I'm seeing another variation of this bug in that I have two of the following in the feed:

Live Bookmark feed failed to load.
Live Bookmark feed failed to load.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
