By default in FireFox, if I use the up/down keyboard I can scroll up & down the current page. Now that tabs are enabled by default in FireFox, could you set up the left/right arrows so they move to the left or right tab?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any page
2. Push the up or down arrow
3. Open up muliple tabs
4. Push the left or right arrow
Actual Results:
Up & down arrows work but left & right arrows do not.

Expected Results:
I would desire for the left & right arrows to skip tabs.
The left and right arrows also scroll the screen but in this case left & right.
ctrl+tab or ctrl+0-9 will scroll through tabs.
Note that the current shortcuts to change the tabs is alt-left & right.
Ok, as much as I'd prefer that the arrows flip the tabs, it wouldn't make sense to change their current function.
